Free Fire Daybreak Will Take Kelly, Hayato and Moco to Anime in 2027

Garena and KADOKAWA have officially named the Free Fire anime Free Fire Daybreak, with a worldwide broadcast and streaming window set for Spring 2027.

The story moves to the futuristic city of New Dawn, where 16-year-old Kelly wakes with no memory of her past and becomes tied to Horizon Corporation's Project Bloom. Her ability, Limit Break, pushes her into a conspiracy involving the city and her own missing history.

The first named central cast brings Kelly together with Hayato and Moco. Studio CANDYBOX is handling animation, with Ken Takahashi directing, Hotaru Asafuji overseeing series composition and screenplay, and Kouji Fujimoto composing the music.

For Nigerian Free Fire players, anime fans, cosplayers and creators, the announcement opens a new crossover to watch beyond the game itself. Garena says the anime will stream worldwide, but a specific Nigerian platform has not yet been confirmed.
