Danfo Hustle Brings Lagos Street Culture to Mobile Gaming

A Nigerian team is building a Lagos-set mobile driving game around one of the city’s most recognisable symbols: the yellow danfo bus.

Danfo Hustle: Lasgidi Payback is a story-driven action-driving game coming to iOS and Android. Its official site describes missions, vehicle upgrades and a fictional transport company in a stylised Lagos, with Nigerian Pidgin dialogue and offline play. These are announced development plans, not features NairaGame has independently tested in a released game.

Okilo Integrated Hub presents the project, with Goondu Games as its development partner. The site lists PlayStation and Xbox versions on a roadmap after the mobile launch, but does not establish release dates for those versions.

Check the reward rules

The pre-launch Fareboard panel advertises a ₦100,000 weekly prize pool. However, the same site's FAQ describes in-game perks and a smaller airtime prize for the top player. These descriptions do not establish one consistent cash-payout offer. NairaGame has not verified actual payments or a complete current reward policy.

Before joining for a prize, ask the team to confirm the reward type, eligibility and payout rules. Do not treat the advertised pool as a guaranteed cash payment. The website says rankings reset each Monday at 00:00 WAT.

Danfo Hustle shows Nigerian creators using familiar transport, language, humour and street life as the foundation for a game intended for local and international players. The game remains marked coming soon. Interested readers can watch the official teaser and follow development; joining a waitlist is not proof of a release or a prize entitlement.
