CADE Starts the CAGE26 Countdown With an August Games Reveal

CADE Esports has started the countdown to CAGE26, with its next games reveal scheduled for August 21 and 22, 2026.

The important distinction is that these are reveal dates, not confirmed tournament dates. CADE has not yet published the full competition schedule, venue, registration process or complete game line-up in this announcement.

The teaser asks Nigerian players which games and matchups they want to see. Community replies have mentioned EA Sports FC, Mortal Kombat, 2XKO, Marvel Rivals, racing and Call of Duty, but those comments should not be treated as official confirmations.

For players, creators, cafes and esports organisers, the practical move is to watch the August reveal before booking travel, building training calendars or advertising qualifiers. Once CADE confirms the games, NairaGame will check platform rules, entry requirements, Lagos venue details and whether the competition offers routes for newer or overlooked Nigerian players.

The announcement also highlights the network already gathering around CAGE26, including Game Evo, Gamepride, Esports Africa News, Trace, OAS Esports, Kon10dr and other community partners shown on the official artwork.
