AniWeCon 2026 Brings COD Mobile, MLBB and More to Lagos on August 15

AniWeCon 2026 is putting competitive gaming alongside anime, cosplay and creator culture in Lagos on Saturday, 15 August.

The organiser says its tournament programme at Paradise Event Arena will include Call of Duty: Mobile, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Clash Royale and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, with more activities expected across the convention.

A stated N100,000 grand prize is attached to each tournament. Players should still confirm the final rules, team format, check-in time and registration requirements directly with AniWe Convention before travelling or paying.

For Lagos mobile players, the line-up creates a useful meeting point between competitive gaming and Nigeria's growing anime community. It also gives creators and gaming businesses a live event where mobile esports, cosplay and fan culture will share the same audience.

The venue is Paradise Event Arena, Lagos, and the event date is 15 August 2026. An earlier N5,000 ticket offer has ended, so readers should use the organiser's current ticket information rather than the expired promotion.
