XRevive 2.0 Set to Bring Four Major Gaming Tournaments to Lagos

Lagos is set for another major gaming gathering this November as XRevive 2.0 takes place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Rubels and Angels, 27 Oba Akran, Ikeja, Lagos.

The one-day gaming event is designed to bring competitive gamers together for a day of tournaments, entertainment, community, and live gaming action. The event will run from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and will feature four competitive titles: EA FC 27, F1 25, Mortal Kombat 1, and NBA 2K27.

With a total ₦200,000 cash prize pool, XRevive 2.0 will have four separate champions, with ₦50,000 awarded to the winner of each game. The organisers say the winning prizes will be paid in cash on the day of the event.

Four Games, Four Champions

One of the major attractions of XRevive 2.0 is its focus on four different gaming genres.

Players will be able to choose between football, racing, fighting, and basketball gaming, allowing competitors to select the title that best matches their skills.

EA FC 27

Football gaming remains one of the most popular forms of competitive gaming in Nigeria, and EA FC 27 will be one of the headline competitions at XRevive 2.0.

Players will compete in a football gaming tournament where tactical decisions, quick reactions, attacking ability, defending, and game management can determine who advances through the bracket.

The winner of the EA FC 27 competition will take home ₦50,000.

For football gaming enthusiasts, the tournament provides an opportunity to test their skills against other players in a live competitive environment.

F1 25

For racing enthusiasts, F1 25 brings a completely different challenge to the event.

Rather than competing against opponents through direct combat or football matches, players will need to demonstrate speed, precision, consistency, and control.

Racing games can be particularly demanding because small mistakes can have a major impact on the final result. A missed corner, poor braking point, or loss of control can cost a player valuable time.

The F1 25 champion will also receive ₦50,000 in cash.

Mortal Kombat 1

Fighting-game fans will have their own opportunity to compete through Mortal Kombat 1.

The tournament will test players' reactions, timing, character knowledge, defensive skills, and ability to adapt to their opponents.

Unlike team-based competitions, fighting games typically put players directly against one another, creating intense one-on-one encounters.

The last player standing in the Mortal Kombat 1 bracket will claim the ₦50,000 prize allocated to the competition.

NBA 2K27

A new addition to XRevive 2.0 is NBA 2K27, bringing basketball gaming into the event for the first time.

The addition gives basketball fans an opportunity to compete in a virtual version of the sport while adding another genre to the tournament lineup.

According to the organisers, NBA 2K27 is the newest game added to XRevive, with its winner also receiving ₦50,000.

₦200,000 Total Cash Prize

The total prize pool for XRevive 2.0 is ₦200,000, divided equally between the four games.

Each tournament has a ₦50,000 cash prize, meaning four different players can become champions during the event.

The organisers state that prizes will be paid on the day, with winners required to present valid identification to collect their prize.

This structure gives players the opportunity to focus on a single game and compete for a specific championship.

One Game Per Player

Participants will need to choose their strongest title before competing.

The event rules state that each person can enter only one game. Players therefore have to decide whether their strongest chance lies in EA FC 27, F1 25, Mortal Kombat 1, or NBA 2K27.

Each game will have its own tournament bracket, with players registering at the competition desk when they arrive.

According to the organisers, competitors will progress through their selected bracket until a champion is determined.

Entry Fee and Equipment

Entry to XRevive 2.0 is listed at ₦5,000 per person.

The ticket provides access to the event and allows attendees to watch and participate in the gaming activities. There is no separate player registration fee beyond the event ticket.

Players also do not need to bring their own gaming equipment.

The organisers state that consoles, controllers, and other required equipment will be provided at the venue, allowing participants to arrive with themselves and their gamer tag rather than carrying their own setup.
