Xbox’s Gamescom 2026 Streams Start at 3 PM WAT

Xbox has confirmed a large Gamescom 2026 programme, including two days of livestreams and more than 25 upcoming games at its booth in Cologne.

The broadcasts are scheduled for August 26 and August 27 at 4 PM Central European Summer Time. For viewers in Nigeria, that converts to 3 PM WAT on both days.

Xbox’s announced lineup includes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, Gears of War: E-Day, Minecraft Dungeons II, Fable and Metro 2039. The company says its physical booth will have about 140 play stations and will run from August 27 to 30.

For Nigerian players, the streams are the practical part of the programme. They offer a chance to see gameplay and release information before deciding whether a future download, pre-order or hardware upgrade is worth the cost.

NairaGame recommends watching for three details: release dates, supported platforms and download sizes. Regional store availability and Nigerian payment options should also be checked separately before any purchase.

Xbox says the broadcasts will be available through its official YouTube and Twitch channels. NairaGame can add direct live links once the scheduled stream pages are published.
