Meta Horizon+ Adds Xbox Game Pass Starter Access for Quest Subscribers

Eligible Meta Horizon+ subscribers can now receive a starter edition of Xbox Game Pass in supported regions, expanding the gaming value attached to Meta's Quest subscription.

Xbox says the benefit includes access to more than 50 games, 10 hours of cloud gaming each month and Xbox Rewards. Listed games include Fallout 4, Fallout 76, Overcooked 2, Grounded, DayZ, Deep Rock Galactic and SnowRunner.

Meta Horizon+ costs US$7.99 monthly or US$59.99 yearly in markets where it is offered. For Nigerians using Quest headsets, the important restriction is regional availability: the announcement applies only to eligible subscribers in supported regions. Players should confirm the live offer on their own Meta account before subscribing or renewing.

Cloud play also depends on a stable internet connection. Nigerian users should consider latency, data consumption and compatible controllers before treating the benefit as a replacement for locally installed games.
