Update (27 September 2026): This report was published during OGR Female Rankings Series 1, Arc 2 (15–19 September). The event has ended. Nexal Gaming reports that Pixies Esport won the Arc 2 title. NairaGame has not independently verified the final standings with the organiser. The original event preview follows below; its forward-looking language refers to the competition as it stood on 19 September.
Twenty-one female Free Fire teams are competing this week as Onward Gaming Republic's Female Rankings Series 1, Arc 2 enters its final days.
The competition runs from September 15 to 19, 2026, with ₦500,000 available in prize money for the current arc.
The event is part of OGR's wider Female Rankings Series, which has a total prize pool of ₦1.5 million across the series.
Five Maps, 21 Teams
The competition is being played across five Free Fire maps:
- Bermuda
- Purgatory
- Kalahari
- Nextera
- Solara
The format requires teams to remain consistent across different environments rather than relying on one map or style of play.
Among the participating teams are Déesse Gaming, Pixies, Menace Elite, Menace Esports, Kaizen Xtreme Girls, Top Ravens, Africa Rise Esport, Ravena Esport and DZ Girls.
Déesse Gaming Starts Strong
Déesse Gaming made an early statement in Arc 2, topping Day 1 of the competition according to current tournament coverage.
The result puts the team among the early names to watch as the competition moves toward its conclusion.
However, the rankings remain open until the final matches are completed.
A Bigger Platform for Female Esports
The competition highlights the increasing visibility of female esports players across Africa.
OGR's Female Rankings is not limited to a single Nigerian team or city. The 21-team field includes squads from across the continent, making the competition a wider African showcase.
Arc 1 had already produced strong individual performances, with TMFLOWS of Menace finishing at the top of the player rankings with 58 kills. Pixies players occupied several positions in the Arc 1 top five.
What Happens Next?
The current arc ends on September 19, meaning the final standings will determine which players and teams finish at the top of the latest rankings.
With ₦500,000 at stake and the wider ₦1.5 million series still in play, the closing matches could significantly change the leaderboard.
OGR's Female Rankings is giving female Free Fire players another competitive platform while adding to the growing esports activity around Nigeria and Africa.
